I did this yesterday or at least part of it. I got bored towards the end and it wasn’t worth dealing with the mud. However there is something that makes this trail very special at the right time of year. On the red blazed UCONN loop for a short period of time there is an abundance of pink lady slipper orchids on the section above the river.
